MINI HATCHERY



We hatched over 100 turkeys this spring and now these turkeys are getting ready for the Thanksgiving Season.

Turkeys

 

 

Turkeys are my favorites of our poultry animals. Besides being just beautiful they have such amazing personalities. I love to see them fly from the trees or housetop across the yard. 

 

I love when they break up the occasional hen fight among the chickens or when they gang up on a rooster and chase him all over the yard till they grow tired. 

 

I also like to have conversations with them. They do actually answer me back.

 

We will be hatching our eggs in an incubator (since the hens haven't proven to be the best hatchers) and selling them as babies or full grown and ready to either be dinner or breeding pairs. We also sell turkey eggs for hatching $12.00 a dozen

 

 

Sheep

I love sheep. I have sold off most of my cows and goats and will be concentrating more on sheep.
